The Jumeirah Group are planning to manage a luxury hotel and resort in Bali.The complex to be known as Jumeirah Bali is planned to be owned and built by PT Asia Pacific Property (PT App) and the Sosro Group. With an investment of USD$150 million the finished product will consist of 105 luxury villas and 25 spacious private villas. The development is due for completion by 2015. Earthworks are schedualed for commencement in October this year and is expected to take five months to complete. The construction of buildings will cover an area of 11 hectares and is expected to commence in March 2013.
