At a recent ceremonial mangrove planting with soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, President Susilo Bambang took a test drive on the new toll road.
While this is not a official inauguration, the President with his wife will drive a section of the new road linking the airport to Nusa Dua.
Project contractors, Jasa Marga have been preparing a section of the toll road, which will also link Nusa Dua to Benoa when finished.
Ronaldo with his supermodel girlfriend arrived by private jet in order to attend the event as ambassador for the Mangrove Care Forum.
